This warehouse receipt is issued by [name of warehouseman] without verification by the issuer and in reliance on information furnished by the bailor. THE ISSUER DOES NOT KNOW WHETHER ANY PART OR ALL OF THE GOODS IN FACT WERE RECEIVED OR CONFORM TO THE DESCRIPTION ON THIS RECEIPT. THE WAREHOUSEMAN DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR NONRECEIPT OR MISDESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS.
